UnrequitedA Poem by Ksenia Kazantsevaconversations with her pen - (inspired by Jada)I’ve heard you’ve been speaking about me. I’m flattered, truly. I didn’t think you cared to recollect who I was. “I’ll never forget” I guess it was more the words you used. To describe the crevices in my figure, The ridges and dips. I mean... The meaning of my tattoos, the places you’ve kissed? “I guess I just want to spend a day with you...” And what would we do? Licking your lips, I assume what you missed. “I just want to see you” I believed you, now why am I leaving yours past two? Who am I and why can't I just dispose of you. You missed my body, I missed your presence. There was a clear disconnect in our intentions. Now I’m making notes. Future life lessons. © 2019 Ksenia KazantsevaReviews
