A Speck of SandA Poem by Inda
I'm sitting in the sand,
seeing how the waves search for land. The beach has been cleared, a storm is near And there's a high tide, cowards ran- afraid to die. Seagulls fly overhead, searching for food, I'm still searching for a feeling that isn't so blue. Stormclouds are gathering in the distance, Palm trees, the wind's only resistence. Here I remain just a speck of sand in Psamathe's* hands. © 2014 IndaAuthor's Note
