Like Gold

Like Gold

A Poem by Inda

On the table
there's a book
- a timeless fable.
The title's a hook
and all eyes that glare
are young and thus look for hope there.
It's slightly
wordy,
The cover is dusty and old,
the pages easily fold;
yellow,
Like gold.

Ahhhhhhh Inda, I do love your poems. They are so but oh so very powerful. This was great, loved how it had a wee rhyme to it too!
