Winter is Cold

Winter is Cold

A Poem by Inda

Green eyes staring,
The snow's burying
The red roses,
the violets too.
As winter aproaches
The poor
wonder
what they're going to do.
everything's on sale,
Compassion grows stale.
Hands
in pockets,
Eyes
in narrow sockets;
Refusing
to see
The faithfull dying
on bended knees.

that's a well written poem, Inda. Lovely flow you've created here. Well, where I am right now, compared to where I grew up, I can hardly say it's winter. It's more like autumn forgot how to winter. But I digress, very well written piece, love it.

Winter is so darn cold I hate it so much! I want it to be summer so we might get some heat... doubt it but I can dream. LOL.

Lovely piece.
