In bad taste

In bad taste

A Poem by Inda

light hides
The darkness.
-such cowards we are,
Pretending to care
That another has died.
yes the mother cried
And it was sudden,
But this is not your burden.
Enough with the insincere sincerity.
Here is the reality,
You didn't know the guy that much,
So there's no need to rush
Your tears tonight.
Loosen up, don't be so uptight,
Crack a joke or two,
If it's in bad taste what's he going to do?

Just like Chris reviewed beneath, it does have an edge to it. Makes me think of abortion, I don't know why.. Or getting rid of something..

The title really tells you what i meant the reader to feel; like this is in bad taste. :)
it has an edge to it. So does reality.
