Tonight There's starlight

Tonight There's starlight

A Poem by Inda

Tonight There’s Starlight

Fingers run through your hair,

show me how to live without a care;

you laugh, in your eyes there’s starlight.

So long I had you in sight,

Now you’re in my arms,

still can’t believe you fell for a fool’s charms.

There’s a draft that feels like hello,

I swear among us there’s a glow.

This moment won’t last forever- I know.

But this love, I can see it grow.

Tonight there’s starlight in your eyes,

 tonight joy is the reason the heart cries.

Great rhymes, Inda. This poem has a more, relaxed, a more optimistic view on the troubles that might be haunting you, which in a way brings joy to my heart. Great ink, my friend.
