Red Eyed

Red Eyed

A Poem by Inda

Red Eyed

Dire needs,

The Wiseman heeds

a warning,

-the end is coming!

Sleep deprived,

red eyed

and hung over.

Head under the cover,

trying not to awake

and find daylight, yet another mistake.

This really spoke to me. I can really see what you're saying, and I can easily stick a story to it. I like this a lot Inda, this kind of writing speaks to me a lot! Short but unfinished, it's so great your head fills in the blanks and keeps rolling the film and keeps rolling the film..
