Deadly Rain

Deadly Rain

A Poem by Inda

Deadly Rain

Gray sky,

clouds cry

and children laugh

as the old man coughs

-exhales one last time.

Paid in full; here there’s no crime.

Short but to the point. I like it.

Interesting piece, somehow it makes me think of a murder or an accident. But that kinda doesn't go together with the last line then, maybe it's a hint of sarcasm or it was put there deliberately? Well done anyway!
