Offer Expires

Offer Expires

A Poem by Inda

Offer Expires

Tonight I don’t want the moon or the stars,

tonight I don’t care for the fast moving cars.

Forget the nightlife,

the sharp forks and the dull knife.

Tonight is about your skin

and mine and this so-called sin

I call desire.

Hurry though, this offer will expire!

Ha! I love it...it's frank. It's like, listen, sweetheart, I prefer the nightlife, but tonight I'm going to spend all of my time and pay you all of my attention, but get it while you can because I'm going back out on the town tomorrow ;-) Clever.
