Thick and Tired

Thick and Tired

A Poem by Inda

Thick and Tired

She spoke of lies

and the reasons why.

She swore upon her honesty

-Forgot about modesty.

Said I was living the wrong way,

when I motioned to leave, she got me to stay.

Spoke of heaven on Earth

-death and birth,

what’s wrong and right;

darkness and light.

She spoke of love

and a white dove.

She was passionate,

explosive; a grenade.

Said belief was innate.

Said the devil would raid

my soul; all the while I admired

her thighs, thick and tired.
