The Truth is Relative

The Truth is Relative

A Poem by Inda

The Truth is Relative

Two sides to every coin, every page,

even a mighty lion can end up in a cage.

Every word can be spoken as it can be written.

A man can be killed by a venomous serpent if bitten.

Facts can change from day to night.

That which is wrong today, tomorrow is right.

Light can play tricks on you as much as the dark.

Every stone that meets the flesh will leave its mark.

The father can forgive or forsake.

When you deal with immortals, what’s at stake?

The ever beating heart-never takes a rest.

Only the lucky bluebirds return to their nest.

Rythm and rhyme was fantastic...think it's got a very strong message, and I like the title. Nothing is ever set in stone, no matter how much we think things are improbable. Very good write!
