Beauty Queen

Beauty Queen

A Poem by Inda

Beauty Queen

Arms out

fingers inward,

a shout!

-The portrait of a coward.

Crooked smile,

beauty queen,

kindness unseen,

her words are vile.

Brow uneven,

heart of stone,

all alone.

-Devours all she is given.

Chapped lips,

widened hips,

knees on the floor,

begs forgiveness; he’s at the door.
