i miss you

i miss you

A Poem by It's Only Me

I often long for our talks

And the way you comforted me

And the way you listened.

I sometimes desire your smell

And the peace it gave me

And the vagueness of it.

I frequently crave your style

And the way your flannel shirt fell

And the squeak of your boots.

I miss you constantly

And the cute drawings

And your singing voice

And your too-long hair

And your non-name brand clothes

And everything.

But most of all

I miss the boy I fell in love with.

Who is this person you’ve become?

Just a flow of emotions of someone missing a part of her life.
Good work!
