Maybe I thought I was perfect
Maybe I was lost
Maybe I wanted to be like others
Maybe I was a no one
Maybe I was broken
Maybe I stood for nothing
Maybe I was clueless
Maybe I wasn't demanding
loyalty, love or respect.
Maybe I was a flesh seeker
Maybe I was just going with the flow
Maybe I was not ok
Maybe I wasn't worth much

Maybe, but now,

I am worth more than rubies and diamonds
I am more than ok
I am going against the flow
I am not run by fleshly desires
Loyalty, love & respect
I am ok with receiving nothing less than
I am wise
I stand for some things now
I am healed
I am someone
I am me
I am found
I am imperfect

I am not on the same path I used to be on
I don't walk alone now
There's two sets of footprints on my path
Mine is seen by everyone's eyes
His is seen by faith
Whoever is on the same path coming towards me
will see a new person.
He will be on the same path as I am.
Like the trinity, the three of us will walk
the same path together.

I expect nothing less.
Whatever is not of God,
won't be on our path.
