Ding Ding DingA Poem by Im His Daughter
I'm in a fight that I didn't choose to be in.
I need back up, because I don't see myself as strong. I'm not a fighter, I'm a lover. I'm also a daughter, a mother, a sister, a gamma and friend. I'm tossed into the ring and expected to win. I know I can't do that without God, my mom, my kids, my friends & my grandchildren. If you are for me, I want you in my corner. I want you on all sides of me, my front, my sides, my back. If you can't, then I want you to be gone. I'm fighting a fight, that I didn't choose to be in. I may be a woman, but, I'm fighting like a girl! #endometrialadenocarcinoma #peachawareness #endometriosisawareness #cherylspeachposse #imhisdaughter2007 © 2021 Im His DaughterAuthor's Note
