Moor Fen

Moor Fen

A Poem by Im His Daughter

A black sky,
dotted with illuminating & glittering stars,
white whispy clouds wafting by.
A calm & glassy irridecent sea below,
lays like a blanket as far as the eyes can see.
A light lapping of a wave on the rocky shore, trying to make it's nightly snore.
A tickle of the wave as it tries to reach the lovers toes, as they cuddle next to a warn glowing fire,
Wrapped in a thick & chunky lumberjack striped blanket,
Taking in the cool autumn air on a barren beach,
in Moor Fen
