Her shadow that catches her when she falls

A warm fire that heats her chilled body in the winter months

Verses to a love song that lulls her to sleep

Poetry that spells romance

Words of conversation that keeps her company

 

He is.....

 

An instrument of love making

Comic book of laughs that keep her smiling

A night an shining armor that keeps her safe

The master of compromise

 

He is her.....

 

Friend

Husband

Partner

Lover

 

He has a prominent place in her heart

Their souls are confluent

He is a souvenir of art that paints her life each day
