For the World 500 Group: About my life!

 

     Hello, my name is Kathy Sue Sills.  Here on writerscafe I'm known as imagination101.  I was born in the State of Michigan, but raised in Harrisville Mississippi.  I have a wonderful mother, brother and twin sister.  My dad and mom divorced when we were young.  I'm a mama's baby, and proud of it.  I'm not very close to my dad but we do keep in touch.

     When I was around twelve years of age my mom's dad passed away.  We moved in with maw-maw to take care of her.  My sister and I had to grow up fast.  Mom worked and we had to pitch in and help. Looking back I have no regrets, I would do it all over again, that's how much maw-maw ment to me.

     When I got older I suffered with bouts of deppression, and I spent time with insomia too.  Both is cruel, and I hope I never have to face them again.  Each day I wake up is a day for me to either be depressed or happy.  I choose hapiness any day.  Worrying is like a rocking chair it will give you something to do but want get you anywhere, that's my favorite saying.

     I went to college to work with children.  I'm a pre-k teacher with two and three year olds.  Some of you might be wondering if I'm married and do I have kids.  The answer to both is no.  I like my life as it is.  In some ways I do have a daughter and son, Dana and Alex.  I didn't give birth to them but none the less they feel like my own.  Dana and Alex will be graduating soon, God I feel old!

     As you can see or I should say read my life is not that exciting, but it's my life.  My most favorite things to do is cook and write! My sister Karen who is storiestotell and I are writing a cookbook named: Two Heads In The Kitchen.  I have never written poems until I joined this site, I had always wrote stories.  Writing one poem though I became an addict. 

     I'm a forty-five year old with the dream to become a full time writer or own a catering place too.  Some of you whose read my work might be praying please God don't let her write full time she's not that good"LOL"   Well this is my life, hope I didn't bore you too much.  Bye-bye for now.
