We Go TogetherA Poem by KATHY SUE SILLS
We go together like cake and ice cream, melting into one another. Our love is entwined like ivy growing on a fence post wild and luxuriant.
We go together like a song and dance, embracing each other as we sway to the beat. Two love birds caught up in the words of a song that symbolizes their love.
We go together like fire and warmth. You're the fire, and I'm the warmth. We radiate each other in firey bliss.
We go together like love and marriage. The love is the glue that holds our marriage together, making us two peas in a pod.
We go together like chocolate and strawberries. The love that covers our hearts is so smooth and rich, causing an over flow of joy.
We go together like red and white on a peppermint stick. We're wrapped close together, making us one. Your love. My love. Our love. We go together.
