Lost And Found

Finding your way out of depression!

 

Depression is evil,

It affects many!

Your lost within yourself

with feelings of despair.

Your turning every which

way within yourself hoping

to be found!

 

Depression is weaking,

you must dig for strength

to find your way out!

You feel breathless as you

put up a fight.

Never give up for there is  

a way to be freed!

 

Friends, family, and

even doctors can help,

all you have to do is ask.

 Don't forget about God he

is always there to guide you

out!

Depression is a bad place to b! You ask how I know, I've battled with it in my life over the years. Please don't give up you can make it through! I did!!

Depression is a state of mind. I believe sometime we need to change our location and find a purpose. Many people allow themselves to fall into deep holes and can't get out. Your advice is good wisdom. Need family, friends and belief to stay positive in this life. A excellent poem.
