The First Time I Saw You

The First Time I Saw You

A Poem by KATHY SUE SILLS
"

FIRST CRUSH AND NOT BEING NOTICED!

"

The first time I saw you

my heart melted,

my knees went weak.

I couldn't breath.

I couldn't speak.

All I could do was stare.

The first time I saw you

you headed in my direction.

I began to sweat,

until you walked on by

to your special someone.

I realized

The first time I saw you

you didn't see me.

great ending and I sympathize with the feeling... I think you should take the last 2 lines ...
The first time I saw you
you didn't see me.
and write another poem about how that felt, you are very good at showing feelings!
