Yes, but I love him

Yes, but I love him

A Poem by Aluppi Jampur
"

Said mother

"
Yes, but I love him said mother
cuts and bruises did not matter
she gave her life for him
and no one dared to question anything

A mother's love never dies. This is what I was thinking of last night parents are blessings given to us. No matter what a mother will always stick with her children

Thank you for your writing
The love should be reciprocal. But sometimes it may be onesided. The case of mother and son is a classic example of such love. The mother endures repeated humiliations from the son.Still she continues to love him.The love of the mother is divine.

You are most welcome!
The worst kind of relationship. I'm sure police here "but I love him" far too many times when a woman has been assaulted. Sad but true poem, Aluppi.
