The Married Woman

The Married Woman

A Poem by imadethisupwithnoforethought
"

Longing

"
I leaned in then when I told her my favorite quote
Luck is a woman, and sometimes she wants to be taken by force
Although I paraphrased
And said she wants it hard on a wall
And she looked down at her coffee
And her hand began to tremble
And she said I have to go
But you invited me I said
And she bit her lip and said I have to go
