Another poem taken from the novel, this one a children's rhyme re: walking widdershins to reach the land of Faerie

A’ widdershins we go,

To faerieland, beyond the Veil

A’ widdershins we bend the light

To skip behind the shadows

 

A’ widdershins we slip,

To otherworld of moonkist shadows

A’ widdershins we weave the light

To dance in faerie hollows

 

A’ widdershins we glide,

Through tides of glimmer-life

A’ widdershins we drink the light

To join in faerie glamour

I've never been so glad for a description in my life. I started reading the poem and was afraid. But it makes a lot more sense now. :) It's a cute little rhyme, though it rhymes in some places better than others.

Used as a marker in the story, a brief interlude perhaps? I will have to read the story of course.

Waking as we do sometimes suddenly we recall a far different, and more important world left behind.
