You Watch the White Wine Flow

You Watch the White Wine Flow

A Poem by Abigail Alliah
"

I just wish you could be as sorry as I.

"

That's it
I'm done
I'll throw you out
To my hungry dogs you go.
For now, that's it
I'm finished here
Just so I hope you know.

Ignore my plea
Its torn me down
I've crawled from enough scenes.
Ignore my need
Go right ahead
And watch the red wine bleed.

I once was lost
in a sorrowful pit
But now I see the light.
For all the pain
I can forget.
Forgiveness is not your right.

But my sincerest woes
to my righteous foe
For my end of the fight.

I like the escape, presented in these verses. The conquer over self, is shining with nobility and cruelty in the presentation of the treatments and orders you give him.
