Part I: May 2014 to June 2015

Afterthought discussing the journey of my friendship with my "big bro" and bestfriend, "Teddy", over twenty-one months and what ultimately led to our demise.

     Teddy was my bestfriend man. The person I felt had my back more than anyone who wasn't blood to me, yet he turned out to be the person who hurt me the worst.

     Well it all started in May of seventh grade (2014). Teddy and my best friend, Jet, decided to date and that grew me and Teddy closer because I was his "messenger" to profound his so-called love he had for Jet (they only dated for one week). After the week, they broke up but Teddy and I grew real close. Week after school ended, I did a dumb thing and asked him, "Why are you so thirsty?" That's how we started eighth grade with drama unbeknownst to me.

     He wouldn't talk to me for about two weeks and after I thought about it, I apologized for that and he told me that's why we weren't talking. Then one of his exes that he dated for only three days tried to date that September, and he got frustrated again. I cared more about our friendship more than my relationship so I ended it, and she understood my predicament.

     He and Sugar started dating in December and that was the peak of us. I took him to a prayer party with me and our friend Television and we had a hell of a good time. I met the rest of his family and I met his mom that night as well. That Saturday, we all went to the mall together. Sunday, he slept at my house and I went to his house to stay all day on Monday. He asked for an early Christmas present and I bought him some socks (he still wears them by they way).

School came back around and we were inseparable. I started taking him to Transit with his brother Klondike so he could hang with Sugar more. One day in February, he pissed me off because he said Reading Bowl was nothing when we got a three-peat and he didn't even congratulate me. Then he got suicidal one day and broke my heart. Hard couple weeks it was.

     Then late January, I started dating Chain, he was still dating Sugar, and Klondike was dating my friend Apple so we were all cool to be honest. In between all this, the brothers were sleeping over A LOT. And for Teddy's birthday, I bought him more socks (still wears!) and they were over my house. For Superbowl 2015, I was over they house and ate they good a*s food. In March, he and Sugar found out I didn't like them being together and they both got mad at me. After apologies, we were cool. But Kevin was at my side and helped me after my first breakup with Chain in April and second one in June. and I helped him when he had family struggles.

     Ended eighth grade nice and we went skating in early June. Then we fell out in mid-June.
