Chapter Eleven

A Chapter by Escape My Fate

I woke up really late. it was 2:34 in the afternoon. I jumped out of bed and grabbed my phone. No missed calls. No messages. I found a note next to my pillow

Hey Maddy, gatta go to work. I got you breakfast. Don't do or go anywhere before calling me kay? love Kyle. P.S. I got you cookies ;)

I smiled. I got up and ate the McDonalds he got me. After i stored to cookies in the cabinet. I would eat them later. I checked the clock. 3:05. I sent Nathan a text.

Hey i wrote what time are you picking me up ;)

I hit send and sat back. I grabbed my favorite book and began reading it. I was halfway through the book when i got a call. The ringtone caught me by surprise making me fall back.

"Ow!" i said as i picked up my phone "Hello?"
"Hey its Kyle"

"Oh" i said, "Hey"

"You sound disappointed" he said

"Sorry, im expecting a call"

"Well, i need you to do the chores. Please? And I'll give you a prize" he said

"You dont need to do that" i said

"It's ok"

"Alright, bye then"

"Peace"

I laughed. He always said that. I turned to look at the clock. 6:18 in the afternoon. I cleaned our rooms swept, vacumed, washed the dished and did any other possible thing. By the time i was done it was 9 in the night and still no call from Nathan. Mabey something happened. I decided i would just call to check up.

Ring One.

Ring Two.

Ring Three.

Ring Four.

Ring Five.

"Hello?" a female voice said.

"Oh, hi urm is Nathan there?" i asked

"He's in the hospital."

My eyes widened. My heart slowed. Tears filled my eyes. My phone hit the ground. I picked it up and hug up and grabbed my jacket. I flung open the door and charged. I didnt get far. I ran into Kyle.

"Ow!" we both said as we fell to the ground.

I got up quickly.

"Whats going on?" he said.

"NathanHospitalWomanAnswerGoneAllDay" i said.

"Your talking to fast..." Kyle said

I looked up into my brothers eyes.

"Nathans in the hospital"

"Say no more" kyle said,

We both ran to his car and drove to the hospital. I prayed he'd be alright.

Hmm... So Nathan's in the hospital... Is Maddy a danger magnet or what? I ALSO have a feeling that Eric had something to do with it (in responce to how.girls.get.clean's comment) and if that emo girl up him up something's going to happen. Dunno what, but somethings going to happen ;)
