A Chapter by Escape My Fate

Temari/Shikamaru

"So, we meet again" Temari said

"I guess" Shikamaru replied

"So how has your like been?" Temari asked

"Such a Drag." Shikamaru replied

"Of course" Temari said

They both stood in silence.

"im ganna go see Hinata...." Gaara said awkwardly.

Temari and Shikamaru turned and looked at him

He turned light pink and then walked away

"So." Temari asked

"Want to have breakfast?" Shikamaru said

"Sure" Temari replied

They walked twoards the romen hut. They kept walking in silence. They avoided eye contact.

"Hello kids!" the owner of romen hut said, "What can i get for you?"

"one romen special for me" Shikamaru said

"Same" Temari said

They also ate in silence. Once they were done they decided to take a walk. They arrived at the fountain in the center of the village.

Temari sat on the ledge of a bridge and shikamaru wrapped his arms around her waist. Temari gave him a look.

"What are you doing?" she asked, not in a mean way.

"Ive wanted to tell you something. Ever since last time we saw eachother, i can stop thinking about you." Shikamaru said

Temari blushed, "Me too"

They leaned foward and kissed

Shikamaru was leaning against a tree reading a book. Suddenly a shadow covered him. He looked up and saw Temari.

"Hey" she said

"Hi" shikamaru put away his book and patted the space between his legs.

Temari sat down and leaned her head against Shikamaru's chest.

"How have you been?" she asked

"Fine what about you" he replied

"Same" she said, "What are you doing at the park?"

"Nothing just enjoying the sun light" he replied

They sat together. Shikamaru looked at sakura. She was staring at the tree. He looked over at the tree but saw nothing. He turned to look at Saskue standing alone. Then he turned and looked at sakura grabbing onto a Acaski member. He grabbed Temaris arm and picked her up. They were ready. Sakura grabbed the intuders hat and cloak and ripped them off.

"It.... cant.... be....." Shikamaru said
