VulnerableA Poem by SacredRoseWritten: July 17th, 2008She stares outside her window The characters take their place And she is the leading lady, Sentenced to her window
An act established before an audience Stimulates a crowd of just one Just one shining star full of moons, Just one absent piece to her crypt
Sphynxlike thoughts corrupt her mind A resolution still to be contrived
She places her hand upon the cold, transparent barrier Pressing with the emphatic force of hope An eruption of sparkling confetti Lavishes her characters in it's rain
She is finally notorious in a story she wrote Valiant of what the end might bring. © 2008 SacredRose |
