Epitaph to a Cheerful Man
A Poem by
Igor G. Balatsky
From 'The Placebo Effect'
He
was desperately
Enamored
of Life
Though his love w as
so
Unrequited
He
had languished
For a hundred of years
Yet
not having gained
Reciprocity

Beautiful :-)

Sad tale, so much given but little in return. A plaintive piece.. yet a pocketful of grand words included.
