a family tree that bends

a family tree that bends

A Poem by Sarah Ramsbottom
"

a owe to my family its right out of a journal

"

A bloodline that flows up stream.

Trickles down, when the pool is feeding it again.

Shadow dance my empty promises.

Shadow dance.

Oh the angry eyes, and hearts that pump cold.

Oh the twisted lies, and the moments left untold.

There is nothing more between us, then simple genetics.

i know her heart would break,

her ideas of love and life would shatter.

im not a simple pawn, in a game of dramatic matters

a family tree that bends

that breaks in the winters cold.

I need nothing ....

good thing thats all you ever give
