muse.. be amused

muse.. be amused

A Poem by Sarah Ramsbottom

the great debate my internal monolog is screaming loud.
the voices bouncing off my skull. I am the alpha, the beta, and the omega.
i create to live, and live to serve.
I will destroy this lonely town.
I will destroy my home in ruins.
I've missed you long. I've missed the home in hearts.
Its this burning red that causes me to close up to long.
Haveyou read the writing? Have you seen my light?
It burns so bright, to cut through you tonight.
Wrap me up in words that float like feathers.
Lay me in sleep.
I will destroy these voices that cut me deep.
In my head, out of my head. We will stay a head.
Just leave this mess far behind.
Twist me round, like when you grab at my hair.
Purely musing.
I find art in every movement.
In the line i trace daily,& i will follow them down.
