Shes like a storm setting in...
shell swallow all of the light in the sky.
Not that she means to.. its just thats all shes ever known.
Until his daylight set in, causing her to come apart at the seams.
Shes confused by her life line... he took a look around and knew what she meant when she said those words to him.
But sometimes it over took her, the ugliness of her old life...
and she said things that spilled over and came out the wrong way.
And he was so used to getting the last word... and theyd yell to be heard.
And he would answer her questions... and shes cry and feel forgotten....
and then shed go insane with fear....
Shes a mess trying to sort out the old from the new...
trying hard to show herself that shes worth so much more and she doesnt need to go with out.... If hed listen to her words and let himself understand this hurt.. maybe then they could grow past hurt .....
