5 Smooth Stones

A giant killer, my hero David

               5 SMOOTH STONES

 

David took 5 smooth stones to kill a giant

Going in with faith alone

Believing in his God given strength

He drove that stone home.

 

A mighty warrior was he

Going in to fight the good fight

And that is the way to be

We have to battle with all our might!

 

Like David, we are warriors for the Lord,

Spreading his words and his grace,

Whether it is with a whisper or a sword

We can spread his love in this place.
