Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Musings from a time when anxiety gripped me, yet few resources, forums, or internally generated coping skills existed for placation or peace.

Do I get up and get busy        

Or stay home and feel dizzy?                                      

I never before feared going out--                       

What is this all about?!

 

Making plans is a struggle, a test

 

It's become like a personal quest.

 

On the other hand, staying home only fuels my depression

 

As I expend joyless hours propped in front of the television.

 

 

The Druckers (including me) are renown

 

for constant motion and activity

 

My gut tells me to join in this family proclivity.

 

But this issue should not demand a conscious choice

 

Rather, to stay or to go should simply be an

 

extension of Ilana's voice.

Wow. I don't think I have ever been so happy that you did leave that overwhelming state of depression that seemed to live within the walls of your home.(:
Your personality definately reflects this as a person of much activity and spirit and it's quite sad to see it bottled up indoors.
