Shooting StarA Poem by X Sandra XThis one is about the way people are judged based on there apperance.
There is a twisted little star trapped between night and day. The moon hates it's existence, the sun thinks it's a shame. All other stars merely laugh, because this tiny star is dust. Barley worth it's own light, unseen, unwanted, and unloved. Although this tiny star cares not what the others think. The light that it ignites means all of everything. While the hopeless lie below the midnight canopy, All other stars line up to be a wishing star, to be free. Yet the hopeless do not care, it is to the little star they call. Holding all their wishes inside until the twisted star can fall. Wishes cannot be wasted on just any star that's old. Wishing stars are lucky, but shooting stars are gold. © 2008 X Sandra XReviews
