The Wolf & The Star

This one is about a love triangle.

What are you doing here
How did you come so far
I only fell this evening
I am a wounded little star

I found the moon my very first night
I didn't know he could keep me

Until the sun set everything right
Now I am alone in the sky

A million mornings passed

The moon had me in chains
My little light was fading
But this tiny star remained

Somewhere in the distance
A wolf began to scream
He pleaded with the moon
To let the little star be free

The moon had no choice
The wolf would not give up
He threw me from the sky
I fell without his love

I gave no shine at all
My light was faded black
Yet the wolf still found me
He brought my little light back

Now I'm the brightest little star
Although he has no chains
I belong to the wolf
My brilliant light remains

That really makes you think of why the wold crys to a full moon. I love the fact that you came up with a way of why it does. It's very expressive too. The rhyming sceem was very well written too.
