Tell me about it!! Always a pleasure, so happy you're back!.....
Anne of the celts is on a tear !
I grew up thinking of the four horsemen of
Notre Dame, One of them was Jim Crowley, a relative and
they were a terror..... There were the others Death, Starvation
and Pestilence---- You must really have studied those bad guys.
I am always pleased to read a rant...It is such a pleasure to read of
someone showering us with her true feelings.
Thank you..... Very enjoyable read.

what a great piece...i like the religious undertones mixed with the sarcasm...of "hey, i have a real life to deal with"
i think sometimes we push this religion/spiritual thing so much...like prayer will solve everything...
but really, the problems here on earth, even the ones which seem mundane...are actually most important.
this is one of my favorite, smartest pieces i have read here.
LOL! This one makes me laugh out loud. It is so good. I love it. I love everything about it. Women on a tear is a ferocious thing, indeed. Hell hath no fury like a woman on a tear! Very nice! This just earned a place in my favorites. Thank you, Lady Ice!

The Persian and northern Celtic regions formed the southern and northern borders of the Roman Empire, refusing to ever be completely subdued and subsumed by the Roman culture machine. I just found no reference linking Celtic tradition in your prose. It's a great poem, but felt more like a rip-roaring Western to me.
