A Different Shade of AzureA Poem by icelandicblue
The moon dances happily upon the rippled sea. While the sweet salt air calls desperately to me.
I feel its pull beyond the marrow in my bones. When she speaks my name I know I’m not alone.
The rhythm of the waves resets my beating heart. In azure shades of calm I am formed into fine art.
Far from the raging storms lost to sweet tranquility. I can only bow my head and offer my humility. © 2014 icelandicblueReviews
