For You Mom

I wrote this for my mom last year for Mother's Day. It's no where near perfect, but it came straight from my heart.

Thankyou for the autumn,

For the school you send me to.

For all the opportunities

all the things you let me do.

 

Thank you for the winter,

For the Hot Chocolate that you make.

For the countless times at Starbucks,

All the trips you take.

 

Thank you for the spring,

For the rides you've given me.

For the popcorn and the butter

All the movies you let me see.

 

Thank you for the summer,

For all the time I spend with friends.

For being there when I need you,

My love for you never ends.
