Of Love and Angels

Of Love and Angels

We are the Two Thieves
Sacrifices to survival
We're good at crucifixion, you and I

I appealed by Fire and Water
Spoke your name into the Wind
Told the Earth our secrets...

I sent to you my love,
On a path of quantum string
Outside the touch of Time and Space

To the Realm of Love and Angels
Where time is of no concern
And martyrs are reborn

This is a sensational write! I absolutely adore the third stanza. I sent you my love on a path of quantum string... how clever and romantic. Only you can use a metaphor to string theory and make it sweetly affectionate. These star crossed lover's in which you speak are enduring arduous times, indeed. Sending their love to each other across the space between in melancholy surrender to dire circumstance. You weave an enchanting story and I am ever in your graces for the beauty you express for your far away poetess. This is superbly and eloquently expressed, my dear. I harbor tender love for each magical word in the colorful tapestry of your musings. Well done.

A powerful poem. Open the door to thoughts and questions. i like the feel of a personal struggle to grasp at something that is very hard to find. A strong ending to a excellent poem.

. i'm amazed to read this beautiful piece ... i find that the seeds of solace are planted in this realm ... in the awareness that we'll be reunited in some place with our respective soul mates ... where there will be no obstructions ... then, we slowly begin to realize that beyond this phase is another phase ... the one in which we realize ... that the future can't be predicted and so it's rational to hope to be reunited while in this world and in this very life ... because of sheer probability ... whatever happens, this here is heavenly poetry ... perfectly crafted and absolutely heartfelt ...

About
For we have thought the larger thoughts And gone the shorter way. And we have danced to devil's tunes, Shivering home to pray; To serve one master in the night, Another in the day. ..I do love.. more..
