Do I go?

Watch them talk
Watch them laugh
Watch them touch
Watch them kiss
Watch them love?

Do I go?

Wear a smile
Like a mask
Talk small
Crush my soul
Hide my pain?

Do I go?

And give strength
To the beast
Colored green
Writhe in Hell
Appear at peace?

Do I go?

See that face
Hear that voice
Speak to me
Feel alive
Not alone?

This isn't the first poem I've read that tries to display such an emotion, but it does express it more clearly than any of the others. I liked it a lot, it says something tremendous.
