Journal as Memories

AS SHE TURNED ANOTHER PAGE OF HER JOURNAL,

“I was so stupid” she told herself,

And laughed,

While TEARS ROLLED FROM HER EYES,

AND

MEMORIES FLASHED IN HER MIND,

Some sad,

Some happy,

Some same people,

While some left

Some new friends,

While some old became even more close

But it didn’t matter

Because the time gone

Won’t be back again

a nice write, too many some, some, somes, for me, slightly jarring or repetitive for me. i would prefer some sad, others happy, same people, but some left,
now new friends, although it didn't matter, with time gone, i won't be back again. Thats my take but i'm no expert.lol

True. Feel like I get a flashback. And visuals from High school again. I never had much! Didn't have many friends either. Wasn't exactly popular at the least. But with what I did have. I still have memories that I wish I could go back and replay . Even despite the socially awkwardness. It was well worth it. A much enjoyed read.

life is like keeping a journal, even if we don't literally...each day's closure is the words we put down on the white...we fill the spaces with our lives' moments and thoughts...and we might look at those pages again, but we will never live what goes on them again.
