A Poem by iamshadowine

I SAW THE SNOW FALL,

I HEARD THE RIVER RUN,

I BREATHED THE FRESH AIR,

I SURVIVED THE SCORCHING SUN.

Yes, this is all about the tale of survivors. And we have survived. Good one.

Thank you :D
This is amazing...bottom line.."I existed". I like the brevity of this piece from the perspective I have seen it. Good job!

especially with the all caps, i agree with Ashan...

that issue seems to be becoming clearer and clearer each year...colder colds and hotter heats.

Thank you! :)
Wow... The sun is scorching indeed.. Year after year we face the harrowing effects of climate change and it is crippling our ecosystem. Thank you for writing a poem which seems to me, is addressing this issue (forgive me if I am wrong in interpreting it)

However, short and sweet poems are the way I like it :) Cheers.
