"Elysium"

I came out of this world crying

Knowing I'll be facing a tough war

Feeling every sober moment I will be facing

Realizing not all the time I'll be winning

Each day is a struggle

Fighting the shadows and darkness

Most if the time they are spying

Then would penetrate my whole being when vulnerable

Taking this knife to stop them

'Coz each day they turn me into a demon

Killing all my emotions and my spirit

Have I been fighting alone?

Yes, alone I was in this war

"Harakiri" the only choice I have

But then He said the word "Kairos"

There is a "right time" for everything

"Tick-Tock!" "Tick-Tock!" the time has finally arrived

The silence of people around me and the sound of the machine comforts me

I can say I fought bravely a thousand wars

Will the gods allow me to "Elysium"

I know I have been a brave warrior

Worthy of entering this "Elysium"

Being equal with those warriors

Who gave their life for country and religion

Life is never easy. Some have a much harder struggle than others but life is sacred to me and needs to be persevered with. That old expression, no pain no gain springs to mind. Channel all your energy into creativity. It helps.
