I am Mother Nature Over My Own Body

I am Mother Nature Over My Own Body

A Poem by marcusami

I am mother nature over my own body. There are billions of trillions of cells in my body, and each is their own life form. One blood cell, by definition, is its own unit of life. Cells make up tissues, tissues make up organs, organs make up organ system, and all these make up the human that is me. They depend on us and they provide for us. I am their representation.  My eyes see for them, my lungs breath for them, my heart beats for them. And as we humans stare in awe of our own mother nature - do not our cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems stand by an awe of us?
Are we not, as humans, cells to mother nature? Does she not depend on us to be kind and provide for her as she provides for us?
