Walk with God

Walk with God

A Poem by Liz Alexander

Walking along the dusty road

I come here a few times a year

Peace flows through me

I am home

Standing next to the crops

As they blow in the wind

I found my place

Where joy can flow through me

Calmness over takes me

As I walk with God

Poem is beautiful. When we are thankful for the simple and beautiful things we become wise and understand life can be good. I like your ending.

This is so touching, made me warm reading this.
Sometimes that is all it takes is a simple walk with God.
Journey's start with God and end with God.
This is wonderful
