Rings agian

Rings agian

A Poem by Liz Alexander
"

The change of the seasons

"

The leaves are changing

Wind is starting to get colder

Hot summer days

Fade in to days

Where we wear sweaters

To shield us from the cold

School bells ring as the year begins

Kids walk in to the new class

Not wanting to be there

Days start to get shorter

But as days

Turn into weeks

And weeks into months

The winter bites at our toes

Some time soon

The sun will be at us

With the warm

That flows bloom

Love floats around

All before the

Summer rings

Yet agian

This is purely delightful, it captures the simplicity of nature that makes it so amazing. Nice work of art.

I like the four seasons. But I do look forward to a warm days in the Spring. Description of the change was very good. And always the possibility of love and the long Spring days. A excellent poem.
