Will you

Will you

A Poem by Liz Alexander

2 weeks on average

Is when people go

Back to thier normal routine

And forgot about

The resolution they made

At the beginning of the year

Why is it?

People try to break habits

And not many have there

Resolution at the end of year

Why is it we give up and go

Back to our old habits

How stupid they might be

Help each to complete our goals

I have a question for you

Will you be in the statics

That quits

Or are you one to win?

Will you?

I find this poem inspiring in a weird way, as yes we should ask ourselves are we quitters or are we determind enough for the good of ourselves to stand up and stand out and have the determination to succeed!

I don't make goals anymore on New Years. Just make yearly opportunity to accomplish. Best poem I read somewhere on the site. Live for today. A excellent poem. We need to keep on track.
