Trickles

Trickles

A Poem by Kshitij Srivastava

While,
FLOODING the sink,
RESTED my forearms on the rim,
WATCHING the soft reflection; while the pale aqua
DISSOLVED my existence into oblivion,
like the scriptures with faded ink.

I liked the way you wrote the first word a the beginning of every line in CAPS LOCK.
"Scriptures with faded Ink" is a really nice way to pin the message down. reminds me a bit of the novel 'The Fault In Our Stars" when Gus said he fears oblivion, and Hazel tells him that it is useless to fear oblivion for we will all go there one day, and that it is inevitable. (you should read the book if you haven't)
Great job !
